Heal with Marina is an organisation that seeks to give anyone who suffers from chronic pain or a chronic illness the tools to cope with day-to-day life.

 

Whether you want private coaching sessions, a space to connect with people who get you or resources to help you handle flares, doctors visits, relationship dynamics and more, we are here!

Why I Don’t Use the Word “Cure”

Don’t get me wrong – working towards a cure or becoming completely healed is an incredibly positive and forward-thinking insight.

But odds are that if something does ‘heal’ you, it’s probably a lifestyle decision that will need to be maintained and monitored.

​

We will help you aspire to specific goals. But show you how to realistically make steps towards them. 

The idea is to help you find comfort and ease in living your life. And to not make you lose sight of the fact that life is happening as we speak.

​

You shouldn’t want to remain unwell… but you also shouldn’t stop living your life in times when good health isn’t on your side.

​Today, Marina works as a full-time life coach while she undertakes her BSc Honours in Counselling Psychology. Above her private practice, Marina works with various brands as a coach and shares knowledge through podcasting, editorial, workshops, support groups, live events motivational speaking.
